Each account is insured up to $250,000 per depositor, per FDIC-Insured Bank or NCUA-Insured Credit Union. Collateralized Depost Opportunities are also available for Institutional Depositors, Corporations and LLCs who want to make large deposits in excess of FDIC/NCUA insurance limits.
Never takes possession of client's funds or CDs. Each client wires their own funds directly to the federally insured financial institution. CDs are opened in the client's business name and tax payer identification number. All principal & interest payments are remitted directly to the client's acount.
Analyzes and monitors the quarterly financials of all Banks, Credit Unions and Savings Institutions that issue CDs. The only CD Rates that will be quoted are those being offered by financially sound financial institutions that are federally insured by FDIC or NCUA which are backed by the full faith and credit of the United States Government.
Assists clients with creating Custom Designed Maturity Ladders. CDs are invested for 90 days up to 10 years to protect against interest rate risk and to meet future cash flow requirements. There is no extra charge to shop for special CD terms or to negotiate rates for terms needed for ladders.
Competitive CD Rates that are consistent with S.L.Y Principles (Safety, Liquidity, Yield) are available daily. Simply call 1-800-332-0852 to choose your desired CDs. Clients wire their own funds. Safekeeping receipts are issued and interest is paid by check or ACH.
As an added service, 2 sets of statements listing CD holdings in alpha order and maturity order are issued monthly. There are no extra fees for consulting, creating custom designed ladders or any other service described on this page. There are no behind the scenes fees and no monthly retainers or subscription fees. An invoice is issued once per month for CDs purchased during that month. If no CDs are purchased, there is no invoice.
